Normally we choose EMS and DHL express to your door.
- DHL express to IT,NL,FR,BE,BR,TR,GE,GB,DE :
There will be extra usd85 as shipping fee if order 1 or 2 items, and plus additional usd25 for each one more items based on usd85 shipping fee.
-EMS/ARAMEX express to AR,AE,PA,PL,RU,CS,PE,UA,IL,MX,BH,QA,KW,SA,IR,PNG:
There will be extra usd60 as shipping fee if order 1 or 2 items, and plus additional usd10  for each one more items based on usd60 shipping fee.
- EMS or Fedex express to USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, New Zealand and others.
There will be extra usd35 as shipping fee if order 1 or 2 items, and plus additional usd10  for each one more items based on usd35 shipping fee.Large backpack or luggage needs extra 30-60USD.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return conditions
If items are in the following condition, you may return the item for an exchange within 7 days after you received it.
a. Quality issue.
b. Totally damaged during the shipment.

Due to below reasons, return for exchange or refund is not allowed.
c. Not interested any more for the product.
d. Mistake order by customer side.
e. Wrong or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
f. Parcel return or lost due to nobody at home.
g.In the event that your package is seized in China Customs, we can reship your items one more time with half price, if the package is clearance from China Customs, and seized in your country, We are not responsible for it.
2. Return and exchange procedure
If there is any problem, you may send us an email zealbagscom@gmail.com with the following nformation:
a. Return reason
b. Pictures of the item
c. Order number or email for placing orders

We then will contact you once we get your email. And please “Do not return to sender.” since it is the invalid address. We will provide the address to you after your case has been verified. As soon as we received return parcel, we’ll send another brand new item as replacement after inspection.

3. Important notes for return and exchange
a. Proof should be provided within 7 days from the day parcel been signed, otherwise, it is hard to verify who is responsible for this.
b. Gift, accessories (i.e. dust bag, straps, keys & padlocks, care booklet, copy of receipt) should be included in return parcel.
c. Only unused item can be accepted.
d. Please insure the return. Otherwise, we will not bear on the lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping cost involved is not refundable.
e. Online tracking number shall be provided after the parcel is shipped out.

What should I do if the goods are fault?
We personally check every item prior to dispatch, so you should never receive a faulty handbag.We can promise that the goods we send you is the same with the pictures you see on our website. 
If however there is a problem,  a member of our sales team will be happy to help you. Details of our various branches can be found. Alternatively please contact our Customer Service team who will do everything they can to put the problem right.
